SEA was conceived as a first-of-its-kind initiative shaped under the guidance and vision of Dr. Pramod Sawant, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Goa & MLA, Sanquelim Constituency.
For too long, engineers from Sankhali have built incredible things — in factories, in cities, in startups, on construction sites, and in research labs across the world — but have lacked a common platform to connect back home. SEA exists to change that.
