Be a part of the Grand Inaugural Ceremony of the Sankhali Engineers Association (SEA) — a first-of-its-kind initiative bringing together engineers, engineering students, entrepreneurs, industry leaders, academicians, government departments, and professional organizations on a common platform.
SEA has been envisioned under the guidance and leadership of Hon. Chief Minister of Goa, Dr. Pramod Sawant, with the vision of creating opportunities, fostering innovation, strengthening entrepreneurship, promoting professional excellence, and building a vibrant engineering ecosystem for Sankhali.

Ankur Kankonkar is a technology entrepreneur and Principal Solutions Architect specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and Digital Accessibility Governance. Through his ventures, AnklyticX and IncluSeer, he partners with governments, enterprises, and institutions to modernize digital ecosystems, accelerate AI adoption, and build technology that is intelligent, inclusive, and accessible by design. After losing his eyesight due to Retinitis Pigmentosa in his early twenties, Ankur chose to redefine what was possible through technology. He graduated as the University Topper in both B.Sc. and M.Sc. Computer Science and transformed his personal journey into a mission to make technology a force for inclusion, innovation, and opportunity.
